Join our private tour from Mexico City to visit and relax in the heated waters of Grutas de Tolantongo, a collection of hot spring pools built into a cliff of a picturesque canyon with walls as much as 500 m high.
DEPARTURE POINT – Please indicate the exact time and location for your pick-up during your booking (e.g. in the “Special Requirements” field). We can pick you up from the following parts of Mexico City: Downtown, Reforma, Polanco, Condesa, Roma, Centro Historico; other more remote locations might involve an extra fee.
DEPARTURE TIME – The default departure time for this tour is at 6 am, but it can be slightly adjusted per your request. Our guide will come to pick you up from the requested location at the requested time and might contact you by phone if needed. So, please provide a valid contact number during your booking.
WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU – Swimming suit, towel, water shoes, water-resistant phone case (most of those can be bought on the spot); good mood and curiosity.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
